MIKE HOVANEC: QUESTIONED LEGALLY ABANDONED?"
MRS. WRIGHT: PETE CODDINGTON HAS NOT BEEN PAST OUR DRIVEWAY IN
23 YEARS,
NO OBJECTIONS TO SUB - DIVISION,
SUPERVISOR BURDICK: TOWN BOARD WILL NOT MAKE DICISION, UP TO
PLANNING BOARD,
JIM HOVANEC: WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE PLANS KNOWN, ROAD ONLY ACCESS
TO LAND, ROY HORNBROOK DID MAINTAIN THE ROAD,
TOWN NEEDS TO LOOK AT TAX BASE, THREE MILLION TO
TOWN, WE HAVE GONE; THROUGH ALL PLANS, LAWYERS AND
ETC, WE ARE ASKING FOR APPROVAL NOW FROM THE TOWN,
THERE IS AT LEAST 800 FEET OF ROAD ON TOWN MAP,
THE DEVELOPMENT COULD PROVE BENEFICIAL TO TOWN,
MIKE HOVANEC: WHY CAN'T TOWN BOARD MAKE, DECISION?
SUPERVISOR BURDICK: TOWN BOARD NEEDS TO HEAR FROM ALL SIDE,
NO DECISION WILL BE MADE TONIGHT,
PAM CLERMONT: TOWN BOARD IS HERE TO HEAR FROM THE PUBLIC, NOT
TO MAKE DECISIONS.
