Meeting was called to order at 8:15.
Privilege of the Floor: Carol lnouired ;bout the status of Carl Steele's
unlicensed auto violation. He had a court hearing on 10/18/83 and was
instructed to remove said vehicles.
Joel believes the zoningore„ulations may have some loop holes, discussion
to follow.'
A discussion�of trailers, mobile homes, & R.V.'s brought up many questions.
Joel feels that our regulations do.not define well. enough what is allowable
and what is not. We need to make our definations more clear.
Donald gave a report on the Town Board meeting. The Town Board is going
to reject the offer to Chuck Bruce on the proposed purchase of his prop-
erty. They hope to keep the Town Barns near where they are now. Donald
Graham was re= appointed as chair - person of the Plannin�z,Board, and repre-
sentative to go to the County-P.B. meetings.

The National.Planning Association sent a membership application, (5.00 fee)
if we would like to join. They help Planning Boards know how to plan.
Donald didn't feel that it was anything that would that would be of any
great benefit to us.
Joel requested a discussion on non - conforming use and non - conforming
buildings. Section 901 is very unclear as to its intent about this matter.
He feels this needs to be re- worded to read more clearly as to its intent.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30.
