HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-09-26TOWN OF DANBY SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES September 26, 1983 A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was called to order at 7:10 P.M. at the Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Town of Danby, Tompkins County, New York, September 26, 1983. The pur- pose of the meeting was to open bids for structural modifica- tion to a highway department building. Board members present: Councilperson Mary Oltz is Councilperson Sylvia Hiney Councilperson Dorothy Roberts Supervisor Mildred Miller • Absent: Councilman Ted Merritt Others present: Robert Flumerfelt, Engineer, Daniel Brady The clerk presented a copy of the proof of publication to the supervisor. The bids were opened by Engineer Robert Flumerfelt, Pro - Agriculture Construction Company Excelsior Systems, Incorporated Danby Builders Company, Incorp orated McPherson Builders, Corp. After general discussion, the board agreed prices for construction of a new building. Mriv Flumerfelt will present prices at the meeting scheduled for October 10th.
