M . The purpose of the meeting was to present the year end bills for approval for payment by the Town Board . Board members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright Councilman Ralph Wilbur • Councilman Paul Smith Justice Milton Todd Board member absent : Justice Floyd Dorn Others present : Onalee Wright , Ed . Slights , Roy Hornbrook , Jim Murinchack , Joe Hulbert and Dan Hoffman . The first order of business was to move a resolution to renew the contract between the Town of Danby and the New York State Electric and Gas Corporation for 20 lights att4 $ 50 . 00 per lanp . The resolution was moved by Councilman Ralph Wilbur and seconded by Justice Milton Todd . . RESOLUTION #39 RENEW CONTRACT WITH NEW YORK STATE ELECTRIC AND GAS CORP . FOR 20 LIGHTS AT $ 50 . 00 PER LAMP . Roll call vote : Wright - aye Wilbur - aye Smith - aye Todd - aye Carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes . General Fund Warrant # 13 in the amount of $ 678 . 19 was approved to be paid . The motion was made by Councilman Ralph Wilbur and seconded by . Councilman Paul Smith and carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes . Highway Fund Warrant # 13 in the amount of $ 3 , 285 . 09 was approved to be paid . The motion was made by Councilman Ralph Wilbur and seconded by Councilman Paul Smith and carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes . in the amount of $ 247 . 47 was West Danby Water District Warrant # 11 $ approved to be paid . The motion was made by Justice Milton Todd and seconded by Councilman Ralph Wilbur and carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes . • Other items . of business discussed were : reserves to be kept in the capital fund ; inventory and labeling of the town equipment ; progress being made on the proposed contract between CSEA for the town highway people and the Town of Danby ; the sign for the town hall ; insulation a-c the town hall and repairing cracks in the justice ' s office and extention of Cable T . V . in the Town of Danby . James Murinchack stated that a special meeting of the BZA with the new and old members and the zoning officer present was held and proved to be very satisfactory . Jim will prepare a letter to be sent to people interviewed for positions in the town and not appointed . ! , i I i ' E � ! Special Board Meeting Minutes - December 22 , 1977 Page 2 It was noted that Bradley Corbitt has ideas for the development of a town park and is looking into federal funding . It was suggested that a meeting be held with the Danby Fire Commissioners to iron out disagreements due to lack of communication . Possibly Sheriff Howard could attend a meeting and talk over with the Town Board the problem of cars parking along the roads making it difficult for snow plows to clear away the snow properly . The motion was made at 9 : 30 P . M . by Supervisor A .
