Clifford Hill Alberta Wilbur Gary Leonhardt Others present : D onald Graham Robert Snedden Gary Evans , County Planning Stanley Kirk Office Motion was made by Robert ' Snedden: to approve the October 19 , 1977 . minutes as read , Seconded by Gary Leonhardt , Minutes approved . A correction from the October minutes : The Secretary omittedthe fact that Gary Evans was present , and the wrong name of our new - P lanning Board member , . It should have been Gary Leonhardt , not Robert as typed . Sorry ! . Chairman , Ernest Cole , announced he is a member of the County advis - ory group to study the . economy in the metropolitan areas , Mr . Cole As on the County Board , . Chairman , Cole told the planning board that Mr . George Clarkson was . at the October Town Board meeting with a complainant about- the people parking along his road again . The Town Board wants the Planning B oard to appoint a committee to work with George Clarkson , to go Over the existing ordinance and the revised ordinance to see how . this can be enforced more , to check and see . if a special ordinance could take care of this problem . _Chairman , Donald Graham , of the subcommittee , other members are : - Robert Snedden , Gary Leonhardt , with the expert advise of Gary . Evans , The meeting Was turned over to Gary Evans , the board then went over the following Sections of the revised ordinance : Sections 210 , 210 ' 1 210 ' 2 - 210 ' 3 - 210 ' 4 - 211 ' 1 . Gary informed the board that the original ordinance was made in the year 1953 , renewed in 1959 , nothing has been done since . • The board discussed the Design Review Board to clear up a few points . Meeting was adjourned 10 : 00 P . M . Next Regular meeting will be on the 13th , of December .
