M . at the Danby Town Hall , 1830 Danby Road . The purpose of the hearing was to review the preliminary budget and give any person or persons desiring to be heard an opportunity to 11 be heard in favor or against the preliminary budget as compiled or _. for or against any item therein contained . Board members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright Councilman Ralph Wilbur Councilman Paul Smith Justice Floyd Dorn Justice Milton Todd Others present : Ed Slights , Jim Murinchack , Helen Murinchack , Moses Peter , Gordon Roberts , Sandra Roberts , Onalee Wright , WTKO reported . The meeting was called to order at 8 : 00 P . M . and the clerk presented the board with proof of posting and advertising which was read by the supervisor . He also read the notice of posting and advertising of the adoption of the revenue sharing budget . Supervisor A . Francis Wright compared the 1977 budget figures with the preliminary budget figures for 1978 for the benefit of the public . Copies of the budget were available for people to look at .
