Wilbur . CliCCord Fill Donald Graham Stanley Kirk Robert Lenh.art . Robert Snedden Others present : Francis Wright , Superviser , James Murinchack , BZA Chairman , rv- inutes of the September 21 , 1. 977 meeting were read . A motion to apurove the minutes as read made by Donald Graham , seconded by Robert Snedden . . Minutes approved as read 4 Chairman Cole then gave Privilege of the floor : > t: an Kirk asked why the special permit for the Air - strip was . voted . one hundred per cent by the BZA - wh.en their was so many against it ? Jim Murinchack answered by reading the BZA minutes to all present , . ncluding all the restrictions and rulesfor the air - strip . u` r „ Wright told the planning board they are doing a fine job and that the Town Board has been busy with the town budget and has not had time to act on the revised . ordinance . Robert Snedden suggest that the Design Review be put into the re - - :- iced ordinance now as originaly was so the town can decide for i . tsel f what buildings it wants reserved instead of a special board - , at the state level or County . Have a Design Review Board member be .a .pointed to the County Board to have input for the town bringing =an opinion . back to the Planning Board for a final vote . 9 J A - motion to amend our recommendation to the Town Board to include Section 210 through 211 . 4 , Design Review , recommendation being Articlel - Section 100 - 218 . Motion was made by Donald Graham seconded by Robert Snedden . Vote Carried . The .Pl? nning Board will be passing on to the Town Board the re - visions from Section 400 - 500 , Sections 700 - 990 at the appopriate time . A motion was made by Robert . Snedden , seconded by Alberta Wilbur to adopt these revisions as presented , Next amendment to be worked on is Article 5 , 3a . Offical Danby Map .
