HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-09-21 TOWN OF DANBY PLANNING BOARD MINUTES September 21 , 1977 Planning Board members present : Others present : Chairman -Ernest Cole Gary Evans Alberta Wilbur Donald Graham :4 Robert Snedden Stanley Kirk Chairman , Ernest Cole , opened the meeting with the reading of the August 17 , 1977 , minutes . A motion was made . by Robert Snedden to accept the minutes as read , seconded by Stan Kirk . Minutes approved as read . The Planning Board is without a Vice -Chairman . Chairman Ernest Cole suggested the board elect a new one . A motion was made by Alberta W ilbur to elect Donald Graham as Vice -Chairman to replace Edgar Oltz . A roll call vote was taken . Five ayes and no noes . Donald Graham t o be Vice -Chairman for the remainder of the year . There will be a combined meeting with the Town Board members September 22 , 1977 , 8 : 00 p . m . at the Town Hall to go over the revised ordinance , S ections : 100 - 218 . The meeting was then turned over to Gary Evans , with the Planning B oard members going over another section of the revised ordinance . Working on Amendment 2b , Article 4 , Section 400 - 404 . 405 - 419 -revised . Section 420 - 427 . 8 . Section 440 - 448 . Section 460 - 464 . Section 408 - 483 . Article 5 , Section 500 - 503 .
