The re5ru1ar meeting of the Danby Planning Board was held at the Danby Town {all , April 200 1977 a t 8 : 00 P . IG' la Members present : Chairman , Ernest Cole Alberta Wilbur . The meeting was called to order by Chairman , Cole with the reading . Of the February minutes . A motion to approve minutes cs read made by Donald Graham. , seconded by Stanley Kirk, Minutes approved . No meeting in March as the Planning Board members went to a infomational meeting about SEQR at the New York State Gas and - Electric Building „ Members at this meeting : Ernest Cole , Alberta Wilbur , Donald Graham , Stanley Kirk . Meetin i- was turned over to Gary Evans . The Planning Board then went over the Of ica. l Town Map - making sure to - have all roads named with the help of Mr . Hulbert . There are a few Spur roads unnamed that will be up to the Town Board to decide what to name them or to appoint a committee to do this . The Planning Board suggest . the Town Board abandon some roads that are not 5n use now and 'haven ' t been for years . RESOLUTION : O .FFICAL TOWN MAP Resolution voted on , , Resolution on separate sheet RESOLUTION : SEQR Resolution voted on0We recommend ' to the Town Board to take action on SEQR . Therefore , be it resolved that the Danby Town Planning Board recommends that the Town Board consider adopting a combination SEQR - Zoning Ordinance Amendment ( see enclosure ) to the present zoning ordinance .
