HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-03-31 TOWN OF DANBY SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES March 31 , 1977 A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was held at the Danby Town Hall , 1830 Danby Road in the Town of Danby , County of Tompkins and State of New York . The purpose of this meeting was to discuss SEQR ( State Enviromental Quality Act . ) Board Members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright Councilman Paul Smith Councilman Ralph Wilbur Justice Floyd Dorn Justice Milton Todd • Others present : Shirley Egan an Attorney , Bob Snedden and Edward Slights . After discussing SEQR at length , Shirley Egan was asked by the supervisor to advise the town board in the implimentation of this law . She agreed to do this and suggested that they , first of all , go over the materials they have available so they can inform themselves and then meet again . The meeting was adjourned at 9 : 30 P .
