M . • . embers present : Chairman , Ernest Cole Absent : William Best Alberta Wilbur . D onald Graham E dgar Oltz Stanley Kirk Clifford - Hill • Councilman : Ralph Wilbur , BZA : James Murinchack ; Gordon Roberts , Gary •Evans , County Planning Office • Chairman , Cole opened the meeting with the reading of the Feb . Cole , 16 , 1977 minutes , Motion to approve minutes as read made by E dgar Oltz , seconded by Donald Graham , Minutes approved .. Chairman Cole had asked Ralph Wilbur to attend this meeting to h elp Gary Evans with the offical names of the roads for the offical Town Map . ,IZrt Hulbert could not be reached so he could attend this meeting . Gary Evans will meet with Mn Hulbert with the offical map to find out which roads are being used and those that are not . Planning Board will have to meet and go over map so they can make a recommendation to the Town .Board . Ernest Cole asked Ralph Wilbur his feelings on the revised ord - inance ? Mrc .'•lilbur feels there should be an animal restriction in the populated areas , lot sizes to large , nonconformance should n ot be rectoactive and the conservation areas should be controled w ith our ordinance. He suggested ed we invite Gary Lee to Some o .f o ur information meetings to explain our conservation areas . The Planning Board has plans to set small informational meetings w ith certain sections of the revised ordinance . • J ames PSiurinchack suggested we keep the revised ordinance in the Danby News each month . . A recommendation to the Town Board for a definition of a family . And a Family Unit ; one or more unrelated person, living in a home . Recommendation made by Edgar Oltz , seconded by Stanley Kirk , Gary Evans is working on a section for subdivision , and . how far back to look up when the land was .originaly divided ? Motion to adjourn meting made by Alberta Wilbur , seconded by Donald Graham . Meetimg adjourned 10 : 30 P . M. • Next regular meeting will be March 30 , 1977 at 8 : 00 P .
