Members present: Lenny, Tod, Marrell, Steve, Scott, Shawn, Zack, Bryan White, Joel
Guest - Bryan White from Hunt Engineering – discussed some things they have so far. We requested to reschedule the hydrant testing. This time it will happen with our water operators.
Discussed hydrant replacements, discussed extending the district, discussed replacing meters and the cost or a partial replacement of parts. We talked funding options. The property we,
the water district, already owns is ideal for a second water source. It has enough acres and water options.
Discussed digging up one section of pipe located in our most wetland area and sample the pipe to see how deteriorated it is.
Last month’s minutes were sent out via email. Motion to accept made by Tod, seconded by Steve. All in favor.

USPS - $110.10 mailing annual water report

Motion to pay these was made by Tod, seconded by Steve. All were in favor.
Water Operators: Breaker tripped for circulating pump and it won’t reset. Pleasant Valley Electric came out to check the pump breaker. Since the pump keeps tripping it, this would lead
us to believe that the circulating pump needs replaced. Shawn flushed the 15th and 16th of June. It went well. Many homes are experiencing strong sulfur smells. Scott went to Hillview
rd and flushed an hour and a half to clear it up. Discussed longer or more often flushing maybe. The water tank needs power washed. Lenny will get local prices on power washing from
a couple of companies.
Monthly pumping for June – 13,198 gals
Can we pay Tod to brush hog the trail up to the tank and the pad at the tank. Lenny makes the motion to pay $150.00 to brush hog. Steve seconded this, all were in favor.
We read meters on Friday.
Internet - Star Link -business class monthly service plans would be $55 a month for the water office. The standard install kit is $349.00. Lenny make the motion for Steve to pursue
finding out the total cost of installing business class Star Link for water office by next month’s meeting. Tod seconded this and all were in favor.
Steve makes the motion to adjourn. Tod seconded this. All in favor.
