1. Scheduling for Meetings of Danby Municipal Boards and Committees to be held in Town Hall
spaces or on Town Hall property:
➢ Must be validated by the Town Clerk to avoid scheduling conflicts.
2. Requests for Use of the Town Hall spaces or property for other than Municipal Meetings:
➢ Requests must be directed to the Town Clerk for approval by the Town Board.
➢ The Town Board will consider requests and make decision during a public meeting.
➢ The Town Board may decide that future request s by an agency/organization can be
validated by the Town Clerk . A list of those agencies/organizations will be kept in the
Town Clerk’s office and reviewed by the Town Board at least yearly.
➢ If approved, and access to the building is needed, a plan for opening and closing the
building must be made.
3. Fees for use of the Town Hall space and properties shall be as follows:
A. Other Governmental Agencies None
B. Non-Profit Organizations None
C. Private Requests TBD By the Town Board
