Meeting called to order at 5pm by Chairman Ben Coakley
Members present: Ben Coakley, Leonard Dodge, Steve Cortright, Zach Larkins, Scott Wendt, Shawn Wendt, Tod Sukontarak, Marrell Cortright, Marie Brewer,Bob Goodwin, Joel Gagnon
Guests: Bryan White and Andrew Rudy from Hunt and Assonciates Engineering Firm
Last month's minutes were read for additions, corrections, and approval. Motion to approve last month’s minutes made by Lenny, seconded by Tod, All were in favor. The water office hot
spot has stopped working. Marrell will get the minutes emailed out once it is replaced.
Voucher’s:
Yaws – regular monthly water test - $55.00
Amrex – regular chlorine delivery - $332.00
Danby Fire District – generator maintenance and repair- our part of the maintenance cost was $157.50.Our part of the repair cost was $589.71 for a new high temp sensor modular. This
bill totals $747.21. Vouchers were passed around and signed. Tod made the motion to pay the vouchers, Marie seconded this and all are in favor.
Bryan and Andrew came early today to do a walk about with Lenny. They toured the pumphouse, walked up to the tank and viewed the mains in the pit at the end of the road. Here in the
meeting, they presented Hunt’s plans and steps needed to start the engineering study. An agenda of items and data needed and in what order they are needed was presented to the water
board to start collecting.
Old Business – back to our discussion from last month about a new chairman of the board. Leonard would like to take this on. Everyone present approves of this appointment.
Operators report- Numbers have been good for pumping. Average dairly pumping –9,935 gals. Another new (udated)list of water tests to be done this year came from the Health Dept. (The
third one since Jan. 2026) It is posted in the water office. 54 Station Rd has to have its meter replaced. It had stopped reading.
