February 4, 2026
Meeting called to order at 5pm by Chairman Ben Coakley
Members present: Ben Coakley, Leonard Dodge, Steve Cortright, Zack Larkin, Scott Wendt, Shawn Wendt, Tod Sukontarak, Marrell Cortright, Patrick King
Last month's minutes were emailed out to everyone. Motion to approve last month’s minutes as emailed made by Lenny, seconded by Tod, All were in favor.
Voucher’s:
Yaws – regular monthly water test - $55.00
Amrex – regular chlorine delivery - $332.00
Vouchers were passed around and signed.
Ben asked if anyone would like to step in and take the position as Chariman of the Water Board. No one would at this time. Ben stays on.
Operators report- We pumped a lot of gallons this last month. Average dairly pumping –27,872 gals. A new list of water tests to be done this year came from the Health Dept. It is posted
in the water office. April Workshop – W2O workshop – Scott and Shawn would like to attend to get the credits they need for this year. Tod made the motion that they attend, Lenny seconded
this, all are in favor. We discussed how we get our town emails.
Engineering Proposal – Hunt will be coming back with a contract that we can sign. We want them to be at the next regular monthly meeting in person. Lenny will let them know that.
