ON TUESDAY January 13, 2026 In person at town hall or VIA video conference (Zoom). For more information, please check the Calendar on the Town website < https://danby.ny.gov/event/ CALL TO ORDER ZOOM SETUP: RECORD MEETING AGENDA REVIEW: ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS* PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR** (max. 3min. per speaker) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Nov 2025 1.Annual report 2. Easement monitoring. New form specifically for monitoring. Discuss generation of easement specific summary on what needs to be monitored, for each easement-- to facilitate yearly monitoring, and for engaging others in monitoring. See Easement list in Conservation Easements folder for parcels and parcel parents. 3. Easement outreach. Anyone you can contact from the list of 20+ acres/contiguous -to- conserved-lands list of owners ? see Easement Outreach folder 4. Affirming purpose of CAC -discussion 5. Review Tax benefits of easements. Examples from Brittany 6. Updates on on-going easements a)Sherman – sorting out parcels and descriptions. Who can finish this up? b)Olsefsky- any progress? c) Altman - any progress? 7. Items for next month’s agenda 8.
