Ronda Roaring Asked if she would be able to ask the NYSEG speakers questions . Her question was answered in the affirmative. Ted Crane Announcement a Seasonal Sing-along. Correspondence - None Announcements – Crane announced a December 21 st Season al Song Sing at 2:00 PM at Ted’s House. 2 | P a g e Meeting Minutes Resolution 296 of 2025 To Accept the December 1, 2025, Town Board Meeting Minutes Moved by Gagnon Seconded by Woodworth Vote:  Connors Yes  Hunter Yes  Stein Yes Woodworth Yes Gagnon Yes          Resolution 29 6 of 2025 passed on December 15, 2025 Reports and Presentations • Presentation by a NYSEG Representatives on the Finger Lakes Area Infrastructure Reliability Project (FLAIR) Transmission Line Upgrade . This is in regard to a transmission line that runs from the Montour Falls substation to the Coddington Road substation and goes through north Danby. The line will be rebuilt with steel poles, using guy wires and self-supporting structures. Rebuilding the line will lead to more that 2x increase in power flow efficiency. Several questions were answered; lengthy discussion ensued. • County Legislature Rep Dan Klein provided an update on potentially expanding medical services in the county. He also mentioned that Tompkins County has requested that Tompkins County Council of Governments (TC COG) follow the Open Meetings Law. He expressed gratitude at having served with many members of the Board while being on the County Legislature. • Supervisors Reports and Budget Transfer Resolution 297 of 2025 To A pprove Moving Funds Between Accounts RESOLVED, the Town Board approves the following budget transfers between accounts: FROM TO AMOUNT A1420.400 Attorney Contr. L Shawley asked how much this might cost. Hutnik read over part of the contract . Discussion ensued. Resolution 30 7 of 2025 To Appoint Steve Cortright to an Interim Appointment on the West Danby Water District – To Serve Until Fairchild either Returns or Resigns . Moved by Woodworth Seconded by Hunter It was clarified that Fairchild’s term ends at the end of 2029 . Gagnon pointed out that Cortright is very knowledgeable and active with the WDWD Advisory Committee.
