Meeting called to order at 5:07 by Ben Coakley
Attending: Ben Coakley, Marrell Cortright, Scott Wendt, Shawn Wendt, Skip Fairchild, Marge Seamon, Lenny Dodge, Katharine Hunter, Code Officer - Steve Cortright, Joel Gagnon
Vouchers -
Yaws – monthly water testing - $55.00
Amrex – Chlorine - $377.00
Motion to pay the bills made by Skip seconded by Ben. All in favor.
June minutes were emailed to everyone. Motion to accept the minutes made by Skip, seconded by Lenny. All in favor.
Privilege of the floor -
None
Operator Report – Everything has been quiet. Monthly average daily pumping is 11,192 gals. Brian Buchman at 70 Station rd. found a leak in his line in his front yard. Minteer was called
for repairs. The reads for this quarter happen this week. We do have to think about a plan for our lead test. Lead testing vials for the water need picked up.
Ben – Appointing Tod and Lenny to the Water board was approved by the town board at their meeting last month.
The RCAP contract for writing a request for a proposal for grants has been filled out, approved and sent to them.
Office building – discussed flooring. Decided to go with Vevor garage flooring and ordering it online. Lenny made the motion to purchase this, ben seconded this and all were in favor.
Discussed maps – which one can /should we post on the wall of the office and which ones are the originals?
Skip made the motion to adjourn at 6:06pm, Lenny seconded this motion. All in favor.
Next meeting will be Wednesday, August 6th at 5pm.
