Meeting Minutes
Meeting Held December 10th,2025
Meeting called to order at 5:08pm by Chairman Ben Coakley
Present: Ben Coakley, Tod Sukontarak, Lenny Dodge, Becky Sims, Steve Cortright,
Marrell Cortright, Joel Gagnon
Update on Proposals – Discussed how the board members ranked the companies that
submitted proposals. It was brought up in conversation by Becky that RACAP can help
with the grant writing. Based on the scoring, the three that we will be interviewing are
Hunt, TG Miller and Barton & Loguidice.
Next discussion was about the health crises of water board member Skip Fairchild. Skip
feels that he should take a short leave of absence while they figure out what is going on
and how treatment may go. It was suggested and decided to appoint Steve Cortright as
an interim appointment in Skip’s absence until Skip feels he can return. Tod made the
motion to temporarily appoint Steve; Lenny seconded this motion; all are in favor.
Vouchers - Walmart – charge card – office supplies - $141.91
Yaws – regular monthly testing - $55.00
Williamson Law Books – annual software support contract - $1791.00
Staples – charge card – ink - $137.98
Vouchers were approved and signed.
Minutes of last month’s meeting were emailed out. Lenny made the motion to accept
that minutes as emailed out, Ben seconded this and all were in favor.
Operators Report – Daily pumping average for November was 9718 gals. We just had to
replace the freeze plate at 24 Hillview Rd; he needs billed for that part please. Discussed
double checking chlorine levels in the pump house and the extra water testing we have
done.
Lenny is up for reappointment to the water board. We need to make that motion, so the
town board knows our wishes. Tod makes the motion to reappoint Lenny, Ben
seconded this, all are in favor.
