I have reached out to 3 demolition Contractors for quotes to take the building down and restore the lot to a flat surface. I have received 1 bid back for $29,700 plus and additional cost of $1500.00 for an air monitoring contractor (this would be a separate bill and was presented as a typical budget for this service) 492 Nelson Rd – Over the last month I have driven by the property multiple times and have not the resident preforming any automotive repairs or indications for an automotive repair business. There are multiple unregistered vehicles visible from the road. There is not an excessive amount of rubbish visible from the road. I am unable to verify the compliant of excessive rubbish on the property as it is not visible from the road or the complainant’s driveway. The complainant has provided a photo of the property from overhead which I cannot legally use. As far as the number of sheds this may be a zoning violation of impervious surface.
