PUBLIC NOTICE: A Regular Meeting of the Town of Danby Board of Zoning Appeals
(BZA) will be held at 7PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The meeting will be in person at
Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Rd, Ithaca, NY to hear all interested parties regarding

Anticipated Action: Review Application; Public Hearing; Consider variance

Applicant Request: The applicant is seeking to reduce the side setback from the
required 50 feet in Section 603(6)(b) of the Zoning Law to 20 feet to allow for the
construction of a new home.
