APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 2025, notes from April 8th presentation by CSI (in Minutes
folder>Drafts folder )
1. Status of Easement monitoring ; when are you monitoring your easement in 2025?
Have monitoring reports for previous years been found and put in easement folder?
2. Status of retrieval and organization of past Easement monitoring documents , getting
signed easements and all other documentation into new folder structure, request for
parcel parents to check info and fill in missing info on easement tracking
3. Updates on on-going easements ( Sherman )
4. Report on assessment of Olshefski property, M. Corbit and Anne K
5. Status of walk throughs for Coddington properties per Greg H?
6. Check on progress on Altman easement with Ben A. ,
7. Gladstone easement , JG’s comments added in by JZ, and then to TB and GK.
8. Timber Harvesting Law, DS make changes then JZ and DS hash out GK comments and
share with Greg. Where is it now?
9. Work on plan for recruiting easement monitors
10. progress on Easement outreach; working towards a map with all conservation
properties in Danby and developing our procedure for outreach. Link to Lansing open
space plan provided by Greg.
