Commissioner Westmiller moved to accept training request from G.Metz,M.Metz,and J.Andrews to attend BEFO training in Newark Valley,Tioga County Fall of 2025 and D.Dougherty and I.Ross to attend Firefighter II in Horseheads in Chemung County Fall of 2025. Class Schedules and District Training Forms needs to be submitted to the District Secretary. Discussion held on grading problem. Com. TOWN BOARD:NONE RECORDS: • Chief Gaden reported the AEDs all need to be brought to the Danby Station either May 281h or May 29th for annual testing. Danby EMS Director is reaching out to the West Danby EMS Director to coordinate this. • Carlisle Service Acknowledgement for Station Roof was received. • Hiring Shred-It vs purchasing larger shredder was discussed.(tabled) • Fireproof box/safe(tabled) • Software for tracking of policies and other notifications to membership vs cost of printing policies and notifications(tabled to investigate fiu-ther) POLICY: • Will be sending out assignments to review policies. SECTION.3. It is hereby determined that the period of probable usefulness of the aforesaid specific objects purpose is twenty (20) years, pursuant to subdivision 27 of Section 11.00(a) of hb6 Law. SECTION 4. Current funds are not required to be provided prior to the issuance of the bonds authorized by this Resolution or any bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation thereof, pursuant to Section 107.00(d)(9) of the Law. SECTION 5. The temporary use of available funds of the District not immediately required for the purpose or purposes for which the same were borrowed, raised or otherwise created, is hereby authorized pursuant to Section 165.10 of the Law, for the capital purposes described in Section 1 of this Resolution. This Resolution shall constitute a declaration of official intent to reimburse the expenditures authorized by Section 1 hereof with the proceeds of the bonds and bond anticipation notes authorized herein, as required by United States Treasury Regulation Section 1.150-2. SECTION 6. Each of the serial and/or statutory installment bonds authorized by this Resolution and any bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation of said bonds shall contain the recital of validity prescribed by Section 52.00 of the Law and said serial and/or statutory installment bonds and any bond anticipation notes issued"in anticipation of said bonds shall be general obligations of the District, payable as to boa principal and interest by a general tax upon all the real property within the District with�� f legal or constitutional -2 limitation as to rate or amount.
