Meeting called to order at 5:05 pm by Ben Coakley
Attending: Ben Coakley, Marrell Cortright, Marie Monroe, Shawn Wendt, Scott Wendt,
Skip Fairchild, Leslie Connors, Joel Gagnon,
Town Code Officer - Steve Cortright
Minutes: Skip moved for approval of the November minutes. Marie seconded. All
were in favor.
Vouchers -
Yaws - monthly water testing - November- $55.00
Yaws - monthly water testing - December - $55.00
Williamson Law - contract for software support - $1,706.00
Amrex - Chlorine - $357.00
Mileage to Scott for W2O training - $46.90
Vouchers that will be reimbursed from ARPA funds
Lowes - new office building materials - $1299.23
Pleasant Valley/Nu Hause - inside walls - $722.00
Lowes - electrical components - office - $320.59
Privilege of the floor -
Joel Gagnon let us know about an invoice from Williamson that had been delivered to
Town Hall.
Operators Report: Meter reads are done. Several meters had to be read a second
time, but that was completed today.
Pumping numbers were high for a short period during the month. Average of 19,457
daily. Operators adjusted the pressure switch, which seems to have corrected the
problem.
Operators have lost access to the GIS data stored by RCAP. Ben will contact RCAP
about restoring access.
Old business:
Fire hydrant replacement: Ben has not completed the draft MOU for the Town of Ithaca
to work on the hydrants. He'll work on it this month.
New office: Tedd Hurd dug the trench and installed the conduit and cable for electrical
service to the new building. Steve Cortright has completed most of the internal wiring.
Next steps are an electrical inspection and interior finish work.
New Business -
Election of business officers for the 2025 year - Skip made the motion to keep the
current officers in their positions for the 2025 calendar year. Ben Coakley as Chairman
and Marrell Cortright as secretary. Marie seconded this and all are in favor.
Skip made the motion to adjourn, Marie seconded this and all were in favor.
Our next meeting will be February 5th.
