Meeting Called to Order 6:05 PM

Ronda Roaring: “I noticed the note about the DOT having completed their work on some of the
Danby roads. RE: the change in speed limits. I'm really glad 1st of all to say that they did it a lot
faster than I think we anticipated, and we might actually write them a note and say, thank you for
doing this so quickly.
But I was wondering if that meant that the issue on South Danby Road is going to be up next, then.
So that's my question. Does that mean we're next in line by any chance.”
Supervisor Gagnon replied: “We could revisit the list, yeah.”
Ted Crane : “Your item 9.5: Depending on what you mean by that , I just wanted to remind you that
your deadline for applications is not until February 18, so scheduling them now may not be
sensible depends on what you mean by scheduling?”

Speed Reduction Response From DOT
It was noted that moving the speed limit sign on 96B to north of Miller was not
addressed. All other requests for reducing speed limits were accepted by the DOT.

Zachary Larkins Highway Barn Use Suggestions. Zach suggested stabilizing and repairing
the barn, located on the Bald Hill Road property for a covered skate park. The property was
used by the Highway Department, who has since moved the stored items to Hornbrook
Road,

Old Highway Barn – Repair, Relocate, or Deconstruct?
Discussion ensued regarding a variety of options for the Old Highway Barn , including creating a
skate park at the site, costs, liabilities, ffood plains, possible grants and stabilizing the building.
Zach Larkins agreed to investigate stabilizing the building and will get back to the board.
NYAOT Resolutions – Guidance from Town Board
The Town Board agreed with all of the NYAOT Resolutions.
Schedule Interviews for Town Board Appointment
