Meeting called to order at 5:10 pm by Ben Coakley
Attending: Ben Coakley, Marrell Cortright, Marie Monroe, Skip Fairchild, Scott Wendt, Shawn
Wendt, Joel Gagnon
Vouchers -
Yaws - $50 - monthly water test
Amrex- $372.00 - Regular Chlorine delivery
Ben made the motion to pay the bills, Marrell seconded the motion, all were in favor.
October meeting minutes were approved as read.
Corrections were made to Novembers meeting minutes and then they were approved.
December minutes were typed up and emailed out by Ben. They were read for additions and
corrections and then approved.
A motion was made by Skip to approve all the minutes presented at this meeting, seconded by
Marrell, all Board members present approved.
Operator Report -
Scott - Marge has the pump numbers. Chlorine numbers are up so a new chlorinator has been
installed. Scott had found a spare one in the backroom of the pump house. The Tompkins Co
Health Dept came and took their samples.
Shawn does have his certification from the Tompkins Co Health dept as an operator.
Scott would like to sign himself and Shawn up for the W2O spring workshop. Attending this will
count for both of them towards their needed credit hours. Skip made the motion that they attend,
Ben seconded this, all board members were in favor.
Old Business -
Tod sent via email to everyone the final copy of the SOP's to look over.
The MOU for the Danby Fire District concerning station usage/shared space- they had sent it
back with changes in the language including the annual shared cost of the generator
maintenance. It's back in their hands now.
The engineering firm, Larson Design Group, is coming to the February meeting to discuss
manganese pressure filters.
Skip made the motion to adjourn, Marie seconded this and all were in favor.
