Meeting called to order at 5:15 pm by Ben Coakley
Attending: Ben Coakley, Marrell Cortright, Marie Monroe, Katherine Hunter, Joel Gagnon
Town Code Officer - Steve Cortright
Everyone was emailed the minutes. Ben made the motion to accept the minutes as sent out.
Marie seconded this. All were in favor.
The new town email system is up and running soon. Everyone on the water board will get an
email address with Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook mailbox.
Vouchers -
Yaws - monthly water testing - $55.00
this has gone up $5 a month
Milage for Scott for the W20 workshop - $68.00
USPS - April water billing postage - $53.00
The mowing of the pump house and yard will be $55 a mowing this year. This does come out of
our budget.
Operator Report -
Neither the Operator or the Assistant Operator were present. Marrell reported that the water at
2628 Spencer Rd had to be shut off, there is a broken line or something in the home. A letter
has been sent to the homeowner in NYC.
Old Business -
After some discussion the board decided that the first step in looking into having a shed for an
office is to have the electric service looked at over in the pump house. Katherine gave the name
of a reputable electrician to Marrell to get ahold of.
Then there was much discussion about office space and options.
The generator MOU will be brought up to the town board on 5/6.
New Business - Marie has offered to submit items to the town news.
Iron and Manganese are the metals that we are pretty sure are the root of the complaints about
our water and we need to test for them.
GIS mapping - Ben is going to check into working jointly with the county to have this service.
Marie made the motion to adjourn, Ben seconded this and all were in favor.
