AGENDA MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 5, 2007

Ted Jones - Bookkeeper

Strichartz.
Supervisor Dietrich called the agenda meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
The following items were discussed and placed on the March 12, 2007 Town Board Meeting
Agenda.
1. Public Hearing Matter - Possible Approval - Resolution
2.. Appointments to the Local Assessment Board of Review
3. Permission for Clerk to attend the Annual NYSTCA Meeting in April
4.. Camelot Subdivision - request from Code Enforcement Officer to modify Resolution No.
74 - Resolution.
5. White Hawk Ecovillage - Consider setting public hearing.
6. Councilperson Beavers report on fire works permits.
7. Councilperson Nolte - Priorities of items for Town Board
8. Discussion on legal expenses .by project and costs - the bookkeeper to provide the
information.
9. Consider scheduling public hearing date for White Hawk Ecovillage Planned
Development Zone. (April 9 ?)
Councilperson Varona-Lacey would like to see a way to advertise for a business to come into
Danby in the Danby General Store site.
Susan Beeners reported that she has sent the Draft Subdivision Regulations to the Planning
Board for their review and comment. There are a few procedural changes in the first part of the
regulations/ She will request in May that the Town Board set a public hearing on the
Subdivision Regulations in May.
The Town Board should be reviewing possible candidates for the alternates to be appointed for
the Planning Board as confirmation of the Local Law filing has been received from the Office of
The Secretary of New York State.

Susan Beeners submitted a list of items that the Town is working on and included a progress
summary. She said that there will need to be staff help related to do the target work list for the
action items.
Adiournment
On a motion the meeting adjourned to a joint work session meeting with the Planning Borad, and
the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Task Force.
