HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007_08_06 TB Agenda Meeting MinutesTOWN OF DANBY AGENDA MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 6, 2007 PRESENT: Supervisor Fredric Dietrich Councilpersons: Eugene Beavers, Norbert Nolte, Joseph Salino, Gladys Varons-Lacey Others Present: Susan Beeners - Code Enforcement Officer Carol Sczepanski - Town Clerik Carl Seamon - Deputy Highway Superintendent Andrew Thurnheer - Highway Superintendet Roy Casterline - West Danby Water District Superintendent Ted Jones - Bookkeeper Members of the Public Joel Gagnon, Mary Casterline Supervisor Dietrich called the Agenda Meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Items discussed and added to the August Agenda Public Hearing Draft Proposed Local Law - Amending the Subdivision Regulations and SEQR Time Warner - have made a new proposal - willing to go to a five year agreement and a fee of 4% accessed to subscribers. They would agree to line extension to areas close to meeting the density requirement for service. Request from Linda Schofield - deferred to September West Danby Water District - Proposed Resolutions (3) Establishing a Policy for Extension of Water Service from the West Danby Water District Permitting Extensions of Water Service From the West Danby Water District to the Land of Shane and Julie Spencer in the Town of Danby West Danby Water District Split Parcel User Agreement Generator for the West Danby Water District - Update Curtis Road - Susan Beeners reported that the additional work on Curtis Road shown on the sketch plan as A, B, & C to her knowledge has not had town board approval. There is a need for SEQR Review and other things as indicated in the information sent to the Board. The road was upgraded and now has a turn -around. Capital Project? Aquifer Study - Status Report - How and where wells will be drilled. Add to the Agenda Recreation Partnership Agreement Update. They are meeting on Tuesday and it is hoped that they will approve an agreement. Change Date for September Agenda Meeting Date for September Agenda Meeting - September 5 is proposed. Councilperson Beavers reported that John Smith thanks all the town board members, town employees, and general public his great appreciation for all the letters, cards and e-mails.
