1. Proposed resolution - Permission to submit a grant application for Town Court.
2. Letter of interest to serve on Planning Board from Ramona Ehrhardt.

1. Consider adoption of a Local Law - Amending the Subdivision Regulations of the Town
of Danby
2.. Resolution from Town Court - Permission to submit grant NYS Office of Court
Administration for funding the 2007 Justice Court Assistance Program.
3. Permission for Town Supervisor to execute an Agreement between Tompkins County and
the Town of Danby for 2007 Youth Services.
4.. Appointment of Ramona Ehrhardt as Alternate Planning Board Member.
5. Permission for Highway Superintendent to purchase highway truck.
6. Road Closing Resolution for Fun Day Parade - July 14, 2007
T. Permission for Supervisor to execute an agreement between Danby Community Council
and the Town of Danby for the year 2007.
DEMPC
Councilperson Beavers reported on a meeting with Tompkins County on DEMPC.
A recommendation from the Planning Board regarding the Hamlet Study will be addressed at the
June 11 th meeting.

Supervisor Dietrich reported that another $25,000 was applied for and the Town has received
notification that it was granted.
Comments from the Public:
James Reagan - reported that he still has problems with community events at the American
Legion and the Common Ground. He thinks the Town should provide some security when these
events occur.
Supervisor Dietrich said that a letter from the Town could be sent to the organizations and stress
that they need to provide security.
The Board discussed possible changes to the Subdivision Regulations that were submitted to the
Board to review.
