AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

Todd Miller gave a power point presentation of what an aquifer study will provide to the Town
using USGS mapping. Plans for drilling in Danby for the aquifer study may begin as early as
September or October of 2007. The plan is to do the study in the Upper Buttermilk
Creek/Danby Creek Valley.
After the drilling results are completed there should be a meeting with Kate Hackett and Sue
Beeners, and a follow up meeting with the Town Supervisor and Sue Beeners.
The Town Board reviewed the information received on their Agenda and placed the following
items on the Agenda:
1 Consideration of Proposed Subdivision Local Law - Resolution
2 Mowing Proposal Proposition - Resolution
Highway Superintendent, Andrew Thurnheer gave an update on his research for a new Town
Highway truck for possible purchase.
A staff meeting with the Supervisor has been scheduled for 1:00 Tuesday, May 8, 2007
