PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED CONTRACT
WITH BROOKTONDALE
FIRE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a contract with Brockton-
dale Fire District to provide
fire, rescue and emergency
medical services to the Town
of Danby for properties located
on and near Coddlngton Road
In said town, Including Autumn
Ridge Lone, Amy Lane,
German Cross Road, Banks
Road, easterly portion of East
Miller Road, Gilbert Road,
OlsefskI Road, and easterly
portion of Deputron Hollow
Road, for a period of four (4)
years for the sum of $16,000.00
per year for years 2025 through
2028 will be presented to the
Board of Fire Commissioners
of the Danby Fire District for
its consideration.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be
held at the Danby Fire District
Fire Station, 1780 Danby Road,
Ithaca, New York on the 15th
day of October 2024 at 6:45
p.m.
Pursuant to Town Law 176 (22),
the Board of Fire Commis
sioners shall hold a public
hearing prior to entering Into
a contract for fire protection.

contract Is available at the
Office of Fire District Secre
tary at the Danby Fire District
Fire Stotlon, 1780 Danby Road,
Ithaca, New York where It
may be Inspected by any Inter
ested person by calling.(607)
