Section 2.All instances of ‘Zoning Officer” shall be replaced with ‘Code EnforcementOfficer’ Section3.PartialInvalidity.Ifanyprovisionofthislocallawisfoundtobeinvalidbyacourtof competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this locallaw.
