LOCAL LAW NO. 4 OF THE YEAR 2021
Local Law Amendment re Real Property Maintenance to Name Code Enforcement Officer asthe Enforcing Official
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Danby as follows:
Section 1.Local Law #1 of 1987 Regulating the Maintenance of Real Property in Town ofDanby, adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Danby on February 20, 1987 is herebyamended as set forth herein.
Section 2.All instances of ‘Zoning Officer” shall be replaced with ‘Code EnforcementOfficer’
Section3.PartialInvalidity.Ifanyprovisionofthislocallawisfoundtobeinvalidbyacourtof competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this locallaw.
Section 4. Effective Date. This local law shall take effect immediately.
