Tech: • West Danby Internet/Broadband Trucks: • 1442 repair Town Board: Records: • OSHA mandatory class certificates sill needed • DMV -list of all qualified drivers and copies of licenses required. • Physicals June 24th, must sign up with District Secretary Policy: • Proposed Fixed Asset Capitalization Policy • Membership/Training: Long Range Plan: Audit: Budget: Approvals: (Office supplies, maintenance, equipment) – if not approved through-out meeting Old Business: • New York Cooperative Liquid Assets System (NYCLASS) Participation and Resolution New Business: • Copier in District Office Next Meeting date and time: • May 28, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. with Budget Workshop to follow Adjournment: 9 PM or before DANBY FIRE DISTRICT MUNICIPAL COOPERATION RESOLUTION RESOLUTION 2024-05-14.___ WHEREAS New York General Municipal Law, Article 5-G, Section 119-o (Section 119- o) empowers municipal corporations [defined in Article 5-G, Section 119-n to include school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, counties, cities, towns and villages, and districts] to enter into, amend, cancel, and terminate agreements for the performance among themselves (or one for the other) of their respective functions, powers, and duties on a cooperative or contract basis; WHEREAS the Danby Fire District wishes to invest portions of its available investment funds in cooperation with other corporations and/or districts pursuant to the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of March 28, 2019; WHEREAS the Danby Fire District wishes to satisfy the safety and liquidity needs of their funds; Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved as follows: That Bonnie Hart, Treasurer of the Danby Fire District is hereby authorized to participate in the NYCLASS program under the terms of the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of March 28, 2019. ____________________________________________ ______________________________ Bonnie Hart Title ____________________________________________ ______________________________ Printed Name Date Commissioner _______ moved, Commissioner ______ seconded, and adopted by the following vote: Commissioner Anderson Commissioner Faehndrich Commissioner Freedman Commissioner Griggs Commissioner Westmiller The foregoing resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted and approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners on May 14, 2024. _____________________________ Sharon Gaden, Secretary Danby Fire District
