The committee on Mobile Homes in the Town of Danby ( Bryce , Muzzy , Short )
met at Short ' 's home November 4 , 1968 . '
The committee was appointed to draft a statement to be appended to the
motion moved and passed by the Planning Board that mobile • home develop -
ments be considered in Danby . The statement follows :
A Mobile Home Development (not to be confused with a Trailer Park)
. could' ;he an asset to . the Town , for such a development would

provide needed housing and would broaden the tax base ; how- • -

ever , a unified plan of development , which shall be in the , H
interest of the general welfare of the public of the Town : .
