PUBLIC NOTICE: A Regular Meeting of the Town of Danby Board of Zoning Appeals
(BZA) will be held at 7PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The meeting will be in person at
Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Rd, Ithaca, NY to hear all interested parties regarding
the following proposed actions. The public and applicants may also attend by ZOOM:

VAR 2024-03 67 Marsh Road Parcel: 12.-1-5.61
Applicant: Tom Seaney
Anticipated Action: Public Hearing, Review application; consider variance
SEQR: Granting or Denying this Area Variance is a Type 2 Action requiring no
further review
Applicant Request: A side setback of 37.5 feet for a ground-mounted solar
energy system where 50 feet is required in the Rural 2 Zone District.
