3.1. Ronda Roaring asked a question about the gaming permits, whether they are private
residents or public entities.
3.1.1. Clerk Adelman responded that the Town gives one gaming permit to the
American Legion Post 221 for running bell jar games.
3.2. Ted Crane commented on the poor sound explanation; last Wednesday's meeting's
content and length were entirely predictable; report from CAC

7.4• 9 November 2022 - Leslie says the gen fund amount looked wrong and the time of
the meeting was weird. Pat did not notice that on her review.

7.7• 6 December 2022- the meeting at which Leslie read off her correction of the
previous minutes. The board has voted to have what was read off included in those
meeting minutes. Leslie is reluctant to look at any meeting minutes before these

the survey results.
8.3. Response Protoeol for Emails Direeted to the Town Board Tabled
8.4. Resolution 117 of 2023 To Schedule a Public Hearing for the Hoffman-Karlsen
Conservation Easement to be held on May 17 at 6pm.
