Commissioner Westmiller called the regular meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Minutes: Commissioner Faehndrich moved to approve the minutes of the July 19th regular meeting. Motion seconded by
Commissioner Westmiller. Motion carried 4 yes 0 no.
Treasurer’s Report: NONE
APPROVAL OF BILLS:
Commissioner Freedman moved to pay the vouchers as audited and approved on Operating Account Abstract 7 Claims C 171-178 in
the total amount of $2,582.79. Motion seconded by Commissioner Wesmtiller. Motion carried 4 yes 0 no.

• Purchased chairs at Staples.
• Estimate for repair of 1401 by Ward’s is $1,260.00
Commissioner Faehndrich moved to approve up to $129.00 for purchase of nozzles, batteries at Lowes. Motion seconded by
Commissioner Freedman. Motion carried 4 yes 0 no.
Commissioner Westmiller moved to approve up to $600.00 for lunch for mandatory annual OSHA refresher class in October, to be
furnished by Backyard BBQ. Motion second by Commissioner Faehndrich. Motion carried 4 yes 0 no.
