VAR-2023-06 is to allow a front maximum setback of 68 feet and a side setback of 9 feet 3 inches for an exisng structure planned for renovaon into a market/cafe. The Hamlet Center Zone District requires a 20-foot maximum front setback and a 10-foot minimum side setback regardless whether the building is exisng or newly constructed.
