Proposal: Applicant would like to amend the site plan approved at the January

Proposal: Zoning change to PDZ that will allow three community solar fields (up
to 5MW) on a 111-acre parcel. The PDZ has been approved by the Town Board.

Proposal: Site plan review for reuse of warehouse space in Commercial C zone.
The Town Board is currently considering a zoning amendment that would make
this use allowed by site plan review.
