Correspondence Policy Sarah SchnabelThere was confusion around what the two versions were intended to be; will work outthe differences between now and the next meeting and discuss it then.7.3.Amending Rules of Order: Agenda Creation and DistributionDiscussion around when and how board members get notification of the meetingmaterials as they have been posted to the online repository.Ulinski suggested cutting off changes to the meeting agenda 48 hours prior to themeeting with an email notification from the clerk to help focus board members to themeeting. Connors also noted that the reason for putting the materials out ahead of timewas for the public to determine if there were things that were of interest that wouldwarrant them attending.The consensus was that there is a need for more revision.7.4.Coordinating Review of CAC Management Plans for Town-Owned, Undeveloped, ForestedPropertiesSupervisor Gagnon confirmed from the Board that a public hearing was desired on thepreviously discussed date of February 17. Designate Rep to TCCOG Broadband CommitteeDiscussion included who may serve as rep, whether it must be a board member or not.The deadline to decide is February 16. Schnabel has heard of 1parcel on Troy Road that doesn’t have good well water, wherer it might be useful. She is notsure what implications it would have for the town.
