The Zoning Map of the Town of Danby, approved by the Town Board on December 11, 1991 and subsequently amended from time to time, is hereby amended by changing certain areas presently classified as Medium Density Residential Zone so that these areas are hereby reclassified as Low Density Residential Zone. Said areas are shown on the maps accompanying this local law as "Exhibit A", "Town of Danby Zoning Map Changes — Danby Hamlet' and "Exhibit B", "Town of Danby Zoning Map Changes —West Danby Hamlet" on which maps said areas are depicted as "Proposed Change from Medium Density to Low Density". Section 2. If any provision of this local law is found to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this local law. Section 3.
