APPROVAL, OF WARRANTS : General Fund Warrant No. 13 of 2006 A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Nolte that the Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the General Fund Warrant No . 13 of 2006 in the amount of $ 11 , 871 .23 vouchers 528- 555 . A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried Highway Warrant No. 13 of 2006 A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Nolte that the Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the Highway Fund Warrant No . 13 of 2006 in the amount of $ 5 ,078 . 37 vouchers 172- 180. A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried West Danby Water District Warrant No. 13 of 2006 A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Beavers that the Town Board of the Town of Danby approves the West Danby Water District Warrant No . 13 of 2006 in the amount of $ 740 . 35 vouchers 64-67 . A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried Requests to Encumber 2006 Funds Senior Citizens - $343. 05 A request to encumber Danby Senior Citizens Funds in the amount of $ 343 . 05 from A7620.400 was requested by the Senior Citizens due to the illness of their treasurer it was not possible to submit all their expenses for 2006 . Motion to Encumber Senior Citizens 2006 Funds of $343 . 05 A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Nolte that the Town Board of the Town of Danby encumbers $ 343 . 06 of the Senior Citizens Account in the amount of 1 i 158 ti Year End Meeting December 27, 2006 A7620.400. A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried Town Clerk A1410.200 - Equipment Fund Town Clerk Equipment Fund $ 1500.00 A request was received from the Town Clerk to encumber $ 1500 . 00 from A1410 . 200 (equipment) for the purchase of a computer and software. An estimate was presented to the board. Motion to Encumber $1 ,500. 00 from A1420.200 A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Nolte that the Town Board of the Town of Danby encumbers $ 1 , 500 . 00 from A1420 .200 (equipment) for the purchase of a computer and software for the Town Clerk ' s Office. A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried Electric Supplier for Town of Danby The board discussed options for an electric service supplier for the Town of Danby NYSEG accounts . Motion for Electric Supplier for Town of Danby A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and seconded by Councilperson Nolte that the Town of Danby chooses NYSEG Fixed Rate as the supplier for the Town of Danby. A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows : (Councilperson Varona-Lacey absent) Beavers Aye Nolte Aye Salino Aye Dietrich Aye Carried Town of Danby Hamlet Study The Town Board would like an add or notice to be placed in the Ithaca Journal and/or web site that the board is seeking volunteers to serve on a committee to study areas for the Town of Danby proposed hamlets .
