' n ,f.�� : 7rd l; : a x it !IL Ln I . 1213 TOWN OF DANBY TOWN BOARD MINUTES DECEMBER 21 , 2002 SPECIAL MEETING : PRESENT : Supervisor Fredric Dietrich Councilpersons : Joel Gagnon, Norbert Nolte , Naomi Strichartz, Gladys Varona-Lacey Others Present : Susan Beeners - Code Enforcement Officer Carol Sczepanski - Town Clerk Ted Jones - Bookkeeper Supervisor Dietrich called the meeting to order at 10 : 30 a. m. Purpose of the meeting was to review accounts that are to be presented for the Year-end meeting of the Board. Highway Department Review The Board reviewed the Highway balance of accounts information that was submitted for the meeting. They will consider transfer of funds after they have received the balance of accounts at the Year-end Meeting on December 30 . The Highway Superintendent has requested that the amount of $ 26 , 000 generated by the Snow Removal from Tompkins County be used to set up two new accounts . 1 ) DA5142 . 4R for $ 13 , 500 . 00 and 2) DA5130 . 4R for $ 13 , 500 . 00 . Code Enforcement Office Review Susan Beeners submitted a request for encumbrances and transfers for her department and other departments . Request for A8010 .400 in the amount of $ 182 . 10 ; Balance for the Town Hall Project in the amount of $3 , 151 . 98 ; $ 3573 . 03 from Building Reserve Account A230 to A1620 .4R for the Town Hall Oil & Stone Project Revenue accounts need not to be encumbered. Hiring of a maintenance person for the Town Hall Building was discussed and advertising of the position will be advertised in the Danby Area News . Ted Jones presented a chart of account balances and a summary of fringe benefits for employees . He doesn ' t think the highway percentage submitted is correct.
