ALL POINTS WITHIN EACH ZONE MUST BE CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO A LOCAL CONTROLLER. TO ENSURE ZONES CAN OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY, DEVICES SHALL NOT RELY ON NETWORK TO COMMUNICATE ACROSS ZONES. SYSTEM SHALL BE CONTROLLED THROUGH THE BUILDING AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM (BACS). ALL SETPOINTS SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE. THE BACS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF STARTING AND STOPPIING THE SYSTEM FOR SEVEN DIFFERENT DAILY SCHEDULES PER WEEK. THE BACS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF RETAINING ITS PROGRAMMING AND TIME SETTING DURING A LOSS OF POWER FOR AT LEAST TEN HOURS. SETPOINTS SPACE COOLING TEMPERATURE SETPOINTS: OCCUPIED: 75 °F +/- 1.5 °F OCCUPIED SETBACK: 75 °F +/- 3 °F UNOCCUPIED: 75 °F +/- 6 °F SPACE HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINTS: OCCUPIED: 70 °F +/- 1.5 °F OCCUPIED SETBACK: 70 °F +/- 3 °F UNOCCUPIED: 70 °F +/- 6 °F ZONE OCCUPANCY SCHEDULE: 6 AM TO 8 PM, MON-FRI SPACE OCCUPANCY ZONE OCCUPANCY SHALL BE DETERMINED BASED ON A COMBINATION OF A TIME OF DAY SCHEDULE AND A SPACE OCCUPANCY SENSOR. DURING THE SCHEDULED OCCUPANCY PERIOD, THE ZONE SHALL BE INITIALLY INDEXED TO OCCUPIED AND OPERATE FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES, AT WHICH TIME THE SPACE OCCUPANT SENSOR SHALL INDEX THE SPACE BETWEEN OCCUPIED AND OCCUPIED SETBACK MODE. IF THE SPACE BECOMES OCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED UNOCCUPIED PERIOD, AS DETERMINED VIA THE OCCUPANCY SENSOR, THE ZONE SHALL BE INDEXED TO OCCUPIED FOR THE DURATION OF OCCUPANCY. THE ZONE SHALL INDEX BACK TO UNOCCUPIED WHEN OCCUPANCY IS NOT SENSED FOR A PERIOD OF 30 MINUTES. SPACE VENTILATION CONTROL IF THE ZONE IS OCCUPIED, THE SUPPLY AND EXHAUST AIR BOXES SHALL INDEX TO THE OCCUPIED AIRFLOW SETPOINT. IF THE SPACE IS UNOCCUPIED, THE SUPPLY AND EXHAUST AIR BOXES SHALL CLOSE. ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL TEMPERATURE SETPOINTS SHALL BE DETERMINED BASED ON A COMBINATION OF PROGRAMMED SCHEDULE AND A SPACE OCCUPANCY SENSOR. OCCUPIED HEATING: IF THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED OCCUPIED PERIOD AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE OCCUPIED HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE REHEAT COIL AND RADIANT CEILING PANEL CONTROL VALVES SHALL MODULATE IN PARALLEL TO MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. OCCUPIED COOLING: IF THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED OCCUPIED PERIOD AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE OCCUPIED COOLING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE CHILLED BEAM CONTROL VALVE SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED COOLING TEMPERATURE. OCCUPIED HEATING SETBACK: IF THE SPACE IS UNOCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED PERIOD, AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE OCCUPIED HEATING SETBACK TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE REHEAT COIL AND RADIANT CEILING PANEL CONTROL VALVES SHALL MODULATE IN PARALLEL TO MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. OCCUPIED COOLING SETBACK: IF THE SPACE IS UNOCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED OCCUPIED PERIOD, AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE OCCUPIED COOLING SETBACK TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE PRIMARY AIR BOX AND EXHAUST AIR BOX SHALL OPEN, AND THE CHILLED BEAM CONTROL VALVE SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE OCCUPIED COOLING SETBACK TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. UNOCCUPIED HEATING SETBACK: IF THE SPACE IS UNOCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED UNOCCUPIED PERIOD AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE UNOCCUPIED HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE RADIANT CEILING PANEL CONTROL VALVE SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE UNOCCUPIED HEATING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. UNOCCUPIED COOLING SETBACK: IF THE SPACE IS UNOCCUPIED DURING THE SCHEDULED UNOCCUPIED PERIOD AND THE ZONE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE UNOCCUPIED COOLING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT, THE PRIMARY AIR BOX AND THE EXHAUST BOX SHALL OPEN, AND THE CHILLED BEAM COOLING CONTROL VALVE SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE UNOCCUPIED COOLING TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. THE COOLING COIL CONTROL VALVE SHALL BE CLOSED WHENEVER THE HEATING COIL CONTROL VALVE IS OPEN TO PREVENT SIMULTANEOUS HEATING AND COOLING. CONDENSATION CONTROL IF MOISTURE IS SENSED ON THE CHILLED WATER SUPPLY PIPING BY THE CONDENSATION SENSOR, THE CHILLED WATER ZONE VALVE SHALL CLOSE UNTIL MOISTURE IS NO LONGER SENSED, AT WHICH TIME NORMAL SEQUENCE SHALL RESUME. RADIANT CEILING HEATING AND ACTIVE CHILLED BEAM COOLING ZONE CONTROL GENERAL EXHAUST RADIANT CEILING PANELS HWS HWR ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SPACES WITH RADIANT HEATING PANELS SEQUENCE OF OPERATION SA MAIN VV TERMINAL BOX WITH REHEAT COIL CHILLED BEAM PROVIDE 1 CONTROL VALVE FOR CHILLED BEAM COOLING PER ZONE. TO OTHER CHILLED BEAMS IN SPACE TO CHILLED BEAMS WITHIN ZONE SPACE OCCUPANCY SENSOR OCCUPANCY SENSORS PROVIDED BY DIVISION 26.
