REFER TO SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - GENERAL, CONTROL SYSTEM NOTES AND SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - STANDBY POWER ON CONTROLS LEGEND SHEET M8.01 FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. SYSTEM OPERATION 1. ENERGY METER SHALL BE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO, AND THE DATA SHALL BE DIRECTLY INSTALLED IN THE BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM. 2. STEAM CONDENSATE (BTU), AND ELECTRIC (KW) SHALL BE MONITORED. FIRE SMOKE DAMPER CONTROLS. GENERAL 1. REFER TO SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - GENERAL, CONTROL SYSTEM NOTES AND SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - STANDBY POWER ON CONTROLS LEGEND SHEET M8.01 FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. SYSTEM OPERATION 1. REFER TO FIRE ALARM PLANS FOR DAMPER CONTROL. SMOKE DETECTION AND FIRE-SMOKE DAMPER ACTIVATION BY DIVISION 28 SMOKE DETECTION MONITORING OF FIRE/SMOIKE DAMPER POSITION / END SWITCH BY DIVISION 23 GENERAL 1. REQUIREMENTS OF "SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - GENERAL" ON DRAWING M8.10 APPLY TO ALL SEQUENCES. 2. REFER TO ZONE CONTROL SEQUENCES FOR ADDITIONAL POINTS AND REQUIREMENTS. TEMPERATURE CONTROL 1. UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE BY ZONE CONTROL SEQUENCES, FCU SHALL MODULATE CHILLED WATER VALVE AND FAN SPEED TO MAINTAIN SPACE TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. IF TEMPERATURE IS AT LEAST 5 DEG F ABOVE SETPOINT, ALARM SHALL BE SENT TO BAS. SAFETIES 1. THE FOLLOWING SAFETIES, EACH WITH INDIVIDUAL MANUAL RESETS, SHALL SHUT DOWN FCU AND INITIATE A SPECIFIC ALARM NOTICE AT THE BAS: a. MOISTURE SENSOR MI-01 INDICATES WATER IN SECONDARY DRAIN PAN. GENERAL 1. REFER TO SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - GENERAL, CONTROL SYSTEM NOTES AND SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - STANDBY POWER ON CONTROLS LEGEND SHEET M8.01 FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. 2. LAB SUPPLY TERMINAL BOXES (SV) WILL HAVE SEPARATE HEATING COILS. OFFICE SUPPLY TERMINAL BOXES (VV) WILL HAVE INTEGRAL HEATING COILS. ARRANGEMENT OF POINTS AND CONTROL WILL BE THE SAME FOR BOTH OF THESE DEVICES. 3. REFER TO ZONE CONTROL SEQUENCES FOR ADDITIONAL POINTS AND REQUIREMENTS. ALARMS 1. THE FOLLOWING SHALL INITIATE SPECIFIC ALARM NOTICES AT THE BAS ONLY WHEN THE UNIT IS STATUS ON: a. AIRFLOW RATE RISES 10% ABOVE SETPOINT CONTINUOUSLY FOR 5 MINUTES. b. AIRFLOW RATE DROPS 10% BELOW SETPOINT CONTINUOUSLY FOR 5 MINUTES. c. INTERNAL CONTROLLER INDICATES ALARM. AIRFLOW CONTROL 1. SUPPLY AIRFLOW SHALL BE MEASURED AT INLET FLOW MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND ADJUSTED BY MODULATING THE AIRFLOW CONTROL DEVICE TO MAINTAIN SUPPLY AIRFLOW SETPOINT. 2. AIRFLOW FEEDBACK WILL BE PROVIDED FROM VALVES TO BMS. GENERAL 1. REFER TO SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - GENERAL, CONTROL SYSTEM NOTES AND SEQUENCE OF OPERATION - STANDBY POWER ON CONTROLS LEGEND SHEET M8.01 FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. 2.
