(Seeler) completed radon testing at the West End Heights Mixed Use Building located at 701 West Court Street, Ithaca, New York 14850 from August 27, 2021 to August 30, 2021. On August 27, 2021, Seeler placed a single radon test kit in the first-floor rooms identified below. The four radon test packets were collected by Seeler on August 30, 2021. The results are summarized below with the laboratory report included as Attachment 1. Radon Concentrations Address Radon Concentration (pCi/l) 701 W. Court Street Room 102 < 0.3 701 W. Court Street Room 104 < 0.3 701 W. Court Street Room 002B < 0.3 701 W. Court Street Room 007 < 0.3 The results from the radon tests show that the radon concentration at the West End Heights Mixed Use Building is below the USEPA Guidance Value of 4.0 pCi/l.
