No public bathrooms in the project are over 300 s.f. In our opinion, emergency lighting is not required in any of the public restrooms in the project. Exiting from Classroom 132: Room 132 (as numbered on Permit drawings) was designed for an occupant load over 50 and requires two exits. One exit is north Door 132 that exits to Corridor 122. The second exit is a 36” wide swinging door with panic hardware, that is part of the folding panel partition. It swings in the direction of exit travel. The exit path and distance traveled is shown on the Permit Drawing A-003. The exit path is through Classroom 133, to and through door 133B, out to the existing west common space corridor and to the exterior, through the existing west corridor exit doors. Please advise if this does not resolve any open questions concerning the above two items.
