Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force. On the videos in BOX, there appears to be flooring
(VCT?) in Room 407. Demolition Note 6 indicates
removal of the resilient wall base, but no flooring
demolition is noted. Please clarify if we are to remove
flooring in this area.
See Addendum No. 1, items 1 through 4. Existing
VCT flooring is to remain. Contractor shall
remove and replace existing wall base and install
scheduled carpet over existing flooring.

What is the height to the deck above?Underside of existing concrete roof deck is
approximately 13'-6" AFF.
