This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force. What is the height of the deck above on each floor?Height is approximately 8'-3". Floor to floor height for
the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors is 9'-0". The concrete slab
is 9".

What is the existing floor base material in living spaces and bathrooms? See Addendum No. 3, Items 1 and 2 for updated note. There is no base in carpeted areas, The bathrooms have a tile base as indicated by Note D24 on the construction plans.

Details 11,12/A-501 are shown in the Powder Room on
1/A-121 and 1/A-124. Note F1(shown at dotted walls) on these drawings refers to existing rated walls. No demolition is shown for these walls. Are details 11,12/A-501 only required in reference to penetrations or are new
walls to be constructed?
Yes, just in reference to penetrations. The line does not
indicate new walls.

Does the carpet replacement extend into the main entry hall and the hall
between the bedroom and bathroom?
Yes. See Addendum No. 3, Items 3 and 5 for clarification.
